Who we are

Lucinda Story: Mummy Nature Founder

I am a birth & postnatal professional and HCPC registered art therapist. My aim is to empower parents to be responsive to their intuition and their own unique baby, family & life circumstances.

I came to this work when my first pregnancy transformed from one of fear and lack of control to an amazingly empowered and life changing experience... needless to say I found inspiration (all my personal inspirations are added to my links) which led me to using Hypnobirthing and hiring a birth doula!

A few months later I booked onto a Natal hypnotherapy Practitioner training course with founder Maggie Howell, started training as a babywearing consultant (slings are amazing) and very slowly started building my business organically.

I developed the Mummy Nature brand of Hypnobirthing to provide a full antenatal package that best meets the needs of my clients and has up to date information about birthing options.

Ellie: Mummy Nature Teacher

Hello I'm Ellie. I live in Stamford with my two sons and fiancée. I had a wonderful hypnobirth with my youngest son at home after taking the Mummy Nature Hypnobirthing classes myself.

I have been teaching Mummy Nature Hypnobirthing classes since Autumn 2018. I'm very passionate about empowering families to have a positive birth experience and I love supporting them in their individual needs and preferences.

I am also a trained doula and I previously worked at Peterborough Hospital as a HCA. I am an aspiring midwife and I plan to study when my youngest son reaches school age.

In my spare time I love to read and spend time outdoors with my family.
